Set once via wrangler secret put ADMIN_INBOX_KEY on the groundbid-email-inbox Worker.
That key was rejected — check it matches the Worker's ADMIN_INBOX_KEY secret exactly.
Stored only for this browser tab, sent as a Bearer token on every request, and removed when the tab closes or you lock the inbox. Nothing is sent anywhere except the groundbid-email-inbox Worker.
